Environmental and Health and Safety
  1. Improve the Incident Rate: To reach an Incident rate of 3 incidents per 200,000 man-hours.
  2. Improve the Lost Time Case Rate: To reach an incident rate of 2 per 200,000 man-hours.
  3. Improve Personnel Training: Increase the training time to 0.1% of total man-hours.
  4. Decrease Water Usage: Decrease the water usage by 10% compared to 2010.
  5. Decrease the Electric Power Usage: Use 5% less electric energy in all installations compared to 2010.
  6. Decrease Dangerous Waste: To generate 10% less dangerous waste, compared to 2010.
